About Međugorje
Medjugorje is a village west-Citluk, historical Brotnja. Medjugorje gave the name of a large rimocatholic parish, and in recent times is one of the most famous and most visited pilgrim places in the whole Catholic world. Name Medjugorje is of Slavic origin and means the area between two mountains. Area of the parish extends to an altitude of 200 and has a mild Mediterranean climate that provides ideal conditions for the cultivation of wine, tobacco and fruit.
